Marple dojo of Lancashire Aikikai will be hosting their annual course on the 17th of September 2023. I will be share leading with other LA instructors. Will be leading an hour session focusing on "Flexibility, Freedom and Flow".
The location of the course is Marple Methodist Church, Church Ln, Marple, Stockport SK6 7AY
The course will start at 12.30 and finishes around 16:30.
